SPAIKING helps you practice speaking a new language through conversations with an AI coach, along with lessons, feedback on grammar and pronunciation, and progress tracking. Feedback is generated automatically and is meant to help you learn. It may not always be perfect and is not a substitute for a certified instructor or a formal qualification.
You need an account to use most of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to subscribe. If you are under 18, use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
SPAIKING offers a free tier and paid monthly plans (Starter, Pro, and Premium). Paid subscriptions are sold and managed on spaiking.com and are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method the plan price each month until you cancel.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Fair use of live minutes is described in our Fair Use Policy.

The Service, including the SPAIKING name, logo, software, lesson content, curriculum, and the design of the coaching experience, is owned by Four Cents and protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non transferable licence to use the Service for your own language learning. Nothing here transfers any of our intellectual property to you.
When you speak or type in the Service, you keep ownership of what you create. You grant us permission to process that content in order to run the Service, such as generating feedback and saving your progress. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular result or fluency outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Cents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by posting the new date at the top of this page or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You can delete your account and data from your account page.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Four Cents in the jurisdiction in which it operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
